The Khadijah tote is hand-dyed in signature colours before being seamlessly woven using a combination of gadas and kelarai techniques, giving it its distinctive curved form. The handles are made from woven cotton twill reinforced with brass wire for strength. The curved button closure is crafted from a brass plate—etched, hand-cut with a fine metal saw, shaped through hammering, and finished with a soldered thread hole.
